  At one time, when I first moved to Palm Coast this company was great. I had homeowners and auto insurance through them. As time went on, and dealing with the hurricane that came through, not one person at this place was able to help with my claim with numerous attempts and talking to different people for months. I was getting blown off by my insurance to deny my hurricane claim, yet anytime I went to accord network nobody was of much help. I needed explanation on my coverage and all I would get is that should be covered, but they were denying it all!! I was being passed around for months with nobody helping with anything until I finally got through to someone on the insurance companies end nearly 6 months after the incident was filed!! Now that I have a new roof, I wanted new quotes for my insurance. Stopped in, gave my info, and was told it will be a couple days before they get responses back.... ok. A couple days go by, I hear nothing, so I send an email to check up on the people that are supposed to be working for me, but I am actually supervising their job it seems. I get an immediate response as though I was forgotten, and the quote seemed decent enough, so I said ok lets sign! (meanwhile I was chatting with someone else about insurance too, he suggest a mitigation report be done on my house to save on insurance too, never once mentioned from my agent at accord) So I get a response she is busy and will get back to me later.... ok well after the other company I was speaking with said to get a mitigation inspection, I scheduled one and told accord network that I am getting an inspection done, to not process my insurance. The response was yes you will get a discount on your insurance! (Thanks! Why not explain that to me in the first place, rather than me finding out from a competitor of your business) Needless to say, my quote was still over $100 less than their quote, and I can gladly say they are a completely useless company. I am not sure what they really do there, or if they are too important for people but I never got good vibes when there other than feeling like I was being an inconvenience to the business they are trying to unsuccessfully run. Thanks but no thanks. I am glad to have my insurance needs met elsewhere.
