- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Russell is the best. I moved here from up North 3 years ago. My father in law fell and his knee went out. He had him well in no time. Surgery at Flagler hospital went well. He explained various options to us and then let my father in law make a decision. Of course surgery in his case was the best option.
