  I would never refer anyone to this office. I was told by Dr. Modad that I had fibroid and was going to do a D&C, Nova Sure and do a exploratory scope. to see if I had any cysts as I had before in 2008 that were removed by another OB doctor. I waited in her office for 3 hours the first time & the second time over 2 hours. Not only was she wrong about the fibroid after going to another doctor, I have another cyst and endrometriosis & might to have a hysterectomy. How could have she missed the diagnosis. I also found out she not affiliated with any hospitals in town. Would not recommend her to anyone. Beware, do your homework first.

  January 24, 2016 I went to Dr Modad Palm Coast office. She no longer has an office in Port Orange. This office was clean, the staff was friendly and professional . I did not wait more than 5 mins for Dr Modad . Dr. Modad is attentive, gentle and explains your options. I am a patient of Dr. Mohdad from when she was in Port Orange. I will definitely make the trip to Palm Coast.

  She refused to continue treating my wife because according to her my wife didn't follow her instructions and this apparently offended her. She was also not being a professional during my wife's first visit. She was upset Hillary didn't win and could not stop talking about how horrible things will be with president Trump in power instead. NOT what I expect from any doctor when dealing with patients. Not good at all her attitude stinks and if you don't jump when she says jump your out. Don't waist your time with this office. Would not trust her with anybody. Much better higher ranking offices in Ormond and daytona beach to go to. Her office didn't send my wife's records to the new Obgyn's office. Here we are today waiting for her records to come through from 2 days ago. They even contacted dr modads office over the phone and jo records sent and its been over an hour. The worst of the worst.
